Get to know ‘Israfil’ starring actors on trailer

Just a few days before public release, ‘Israfil’ has revealed a teaser to introduce leading actors starring in the film.

Aida Panahandeh’s film will be screened in Iranian cinemas on February 14, 2018.

The released trailer features starring actors such as Hedieh Tehrani, Merila Zarei, Hoda Zeinolabedin and Pejman Bazeghi in the film.

 “The girl who loves Behrouz will return. The dead will return to life,” the movie’s synopsis reads.

Iranian film ‘Israfil’ went on silver screen at the 15th edition of the Audi Dublin International Film Festival in Ireland.

The 15th edition of the festival is slated for February 21-March 4, 2018, in Dublin, Ireland.

Panahandeh’s first feature, 'Nahid' gained worldwide praise. 'Nahid' was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival where it won a special prize (Prix de l'Avenir).

Israfil (2017) is second film of Panahandeh that was screened in BFI London Film Festival.
